Basic Schedule:
Arrival: Thursday July 18th
ERSO General Assembly: Thursday July 18th, 20:00
Competitions: Friday July 19th – Sunday July
Friday: Open Team Tournament (15+) and Youth Team Tournament (12-14)
Saturday: European Team Championships (15+)
Sunday: Individual Youth Tournament (12-14) and European Masters (15+)
Camp: Monday July 22nd 09:30 (morning and afternoon)
Departure: Tuesday July 23rd
Location: Graz, AustriaC
Package Prices per person:
Only competitions, 4 nights (July 18th afternoon – July 22nd morning):
Package A4: 4 nights in 3* hotel/hostel accommodation: 350 Euros
Package B4: 4 nights in 4* hotel accommodation: 430 Euros
Competitions and camp, 5 nights (July 18th afternoon – July 23rd morning):
Package A5: 5 nights in 3* hotel/hostel accommodation: 400 Euros
Package B5: 5 nights in 4* hotel accommodation: 510 Euros
Note: the number of rooms in the 4* hotel is limited. If necessary, these will be allocated according to the number of participants per country.
Note: a limited number of single rooms are available in each hotel. Please state requirements in the estimation.
Extra night (July 17th or July 23rd):
3* hotel/hostel: 36 Euros; 4* hotel: 60 Euros
Note: this price only includes the hotel and breakfast. The airport transfer on these days is not included. Cost for the train between the airport and main train station 2,40 Euros
Deadlines:
March 25th Submission of Estimation Form and payment of 100 Euro Deposit per person
May 31st Submission of Final Registration Form including all details and full payment of all packagesRegistration Forms: (submission to ec2019@erso.info)
EC2019 Spectator Tickets
Can be ordered in advance via Email to ec2019@erso.info. Please be sure to send if possible only one combined order per country, clearly stating the country name. Full payment is due on collection of the tickets at the sports hall. (The tickets will not be sent by post in advance.) Please refer to the Event Brochure for details.
